Call for exhibits and activities - Science for a Successful Nation 2018

Supplementary content information

On Wednesday 21 February 2018 EPSRC is holding an event at the Royal Society, London, to promote the importance of EPSRC investments, in the context of UK prosperity.

Addressing industry, government departments and researchers, the event will feature a research exhibition, panel discussions and debate.

We are looking for researchers to be part of the exhibition to showcase their EPSRC-funded projects.

There will be around ten static ‘table-top’ exhibits, with an additional three to five roaming ‘buskers’ that will circulate throughout the event.

We are seeking exhibits that show the breadth of our investments, and demonstrate a link to one of the EPSRC Prosperity Outcomes:

Connected Nation

Healthy Nation

Resilient Nation

Productive Nation

Exhibits will be co-developed by researchers and an external exhibition agency to ensure a coherent exhibit across the event. The content will be created with the intention of further use at future public engagement events.

Details of how to apply to be part of the exhibition can be found on the Science for a Successful Nation 2018 call page.

The closing date for applications is Monday 23 October 2017.
