EPSRC and ETI Event - Knowledge: The key to a successful low carbon transition
EPSRC and the Energy Technologies Institute (ETI) are seeking expressions of interest to attend our joint event on knowledge exchange entitled "Knowledge - the key to a successful low carbon transition" at the University of Loughborough on 24 October 2017.
This event is based around an exhibition to publicise the work ETI has been doing and to ensure an effective legacy from previous ETI projects and programmes with the aim to secure the knowledge which has been created for the long term benefit of the academic community.
The event will include a combination of plenary debates in the morning and a series of workshop sessions in the afternoon were we will be seeking to create a dialogue around this knowledge and to ensure it becomes better understood and incorporated into the development of future research activities within the academic sector. Whilst also encouraging attendees to engage in a broader debate on the topic of what constitutes the knowledge arising from research activities and how this can be best shared with a wider community to deliver greater impact.
