Our FoI Complaints Officer will formally investigate and review the decision. After the investigation, our FoI Complaints Officer will write to you with a final decision. The result of this could be:
- Release of all information previously withheld
- Release of some of the information previously withheld
- Confirmation of the original decision to withhold information.
If you are still not content with the outcome of the review, you may apply to refer the matter to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the review procedure provided by EPSRC. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
