The International Review of UK Materials Research took place in January 2008. This review is part of a series of international reviews organised by EPSRC in partnership with learned societies to provide an independent assessment of the quality and impact of UK research.
A panel of internationally-leading experts benchmarked the strength of UK research activity against world competitors and highlighted any gaps or missed opportunities.
